"I signed up for a TEFL course in January 2008. Mark Kerruish was the course facilitator. The course was great because Mark put in every effort into making it interesting. The classes were in the evenings and no matter how tired I was after work I looked forward to my TEFL class. Mark made this course an excellent experience... it's worth every penny.

Soon after I finished the TEFL course I came to South Korea. I expected that I would just teach, but it turned out that I had to write a book of lesson plans for the whole year ahead! I had to plan a syllabus. I was petrified!! I didn't even know where to start with this. I contacted Mark to help me. He immediately agreed and started with the book.

A week later I had a book in my hand which covered 28 comprehensive lesson plans of 40 minutes each. I'm in my 2nd year of teaching and I use this book every day. This book not only contains lessons to teach children how to speak English, it helps the teacher to bring out confidence in the classroom. It's a great book with excellent lessons for the teacher and I recommend it to anyone. I don't for an instant regret taking that TEFL course and Mark is one of the best lecturers I have had in my life. He made stuff simple and easy to understand. Not only is he a very good lecturer, but also approachable and never hesitates to help.
